The XM-C220 diesel generator set, powered by a Chongqing Cummins 6-cylinder inline engine (NT855-GA) and paired with an ALEO brushless three-phase AC synchronous generator (XM220-14), delivers a prime power of 200 kW and a standby power of 220 kW at 1500 r/min. It provides a highly reliable power supply for a wide range of applications, including medical facilities, data centers, manufacturing plants, commercial buildings, and microgrids, earning high trust from customers.

With an advanced turbocharged air intake system, precise electronic governing, a fully enclosed water circulation structure with forced air cooling, and an alternator featuring pure copper windings with permanent magnet excitation, the generator set can achieve rapid full-load operation in a very short time. A basic principle is: Generator rated power ≥ (Total steady-state operating power of all equipment × 1.1 + Maximum starting power difference of a single motor). Nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions are far below the strictest national environmental standards (e.g., ≤500mg/Nm³ @5% O₂). We can provide emission testing reports from authoritative institutions and assist you in completing your project’s environmental impact assessment.

We offer an extended warranty of 1 year/1000 hours (whichever comes first) for core components. Does it support remote monitoring and intelligent management?

Yes. Our intelligent units come standard with an IoT module. You can view operating data in real time, receive fault alerts, remotely start and stop the generator, and generate energy consumption analysis reports via a computer web browser or mobile app. We can also provide solutions for integrating with your existing Building Automation System (BAS) or Energy Management System (EMS), depending on your needs.

Absolutely stable. We use digital AVR (Automatic Voltage Regulator) and electronic speed control systems to ensure voltage fluctuation ≤ ±1% and frequency fluctuation ≤ ±0.5% (under rated load), fully meeting the power requirements of precision equipment (such as CNC machine tools, servers, and medical equipment). We are also one of the few manufacturers offering low harmonic distortion (THD < 3%) models, further protecting your sensitive loads.
