The ALEO V-type 12-cylinder 3100E diesel generator set delivers a prime power of 2200kW / 2750 kVA and a standby power of 2425 kW / 3030 kVA at 50 Hz. It provides reliable power supply for a wide range of applications, including medical facilities, data centers, airports, nuclear and thermal power plant backup power, and microgrids, earning high trust from customers.
With modular design, high-strength material selection, high-pressure common-rail technology, and optimized control systems, the generator set can achieve rapid full-load operation in a very short time, ensuring continuous power supply and safeguarding the normal operation of users’ critical operations.

Are your generators truly "industrial grade"? What's the difference between them and commercial generators?

Commercial generators, on the other hand, are typically designed for intermittent use and cannot withstand prolonged full loads.

Choosing the appropriate power requires considering the starting current and operating power of all loads. A basic principle is: Generator rated power ≥ (Total steady-state operating power of all equipment × 1.1 + Maximum starting power difference of a single motor). Fully compliant. Our gas generator sets utilize advanced technologies such as lean-burn combustion, achieving a gas turbine efficiency of up to 43.6%, a leading level in the industry. Nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions are far below the strictest national environmental standards (e.g., ≤500mg/Nm³ @5% O₂). We can provide emission testing reports from authoritative institutions and assist you in completing your project’s environmental impact assessment.

We offer an extended warranty of 1 year/1000 hours (whichever comes first) for core components. The core components you use, such as Cummins and Stamford, enjoy a “Global Warranty,” and our Changzhou OEM factory has over 100 sales and service centers worldwide, along with a 24/7 service hotline. Does it support remote monitoring and intelligent management?

Yes. Our intelligent units come standard with an IoT module. You can view operating data in real time, receive fault alerts, remotely start and stop the generator, and generate energy consumption analysis reports via a computer web browser or mobile app. We can also provide solutions for integrating with your existing Building Automation System (BAS) or Energy Management System (EMS), depending on your needs.

Absolutely stable. We use digital AVR (Automatic Voltage Regulator) and electronic speed control systems to ensure voltage fluctuation ≤ ±1% and frequency fluctuation ≤ ±0.5% (under rated load), fully meeting the power requirements of precision equipment (such as CNC machine tools, servers, and medical equipment). We are also one of the few manufacturers offering low harmonic distortion (THD < 3%) models, further protecting your sensitive loads.

The main advantages of a gas generator are: 1) Lower operating costs: Natural gas prices are generally more stable and cheaper than diesel. It can burn not only natural gas but also associated gas from abandoned oil fields; 2) More environmentally friendly and cleaner: Lower emissions, lubricating oil consumption of only 0.1g/kWh, no black smoke, and less noise; 3) Easier maintenance: More complete combustion, less carbon buildup, and extended overhaul intervals. Our standard quotation usually includes the main unit, standard accessories, factory testing, and packaging fees. Shipping costs, installation materials, and special customizations will be calculated separately based on the actual plan, but will be clearly stated in the contract. There are no hidden costs. The delivery time for standard models is approximately 6-8 weeks, while customized models will be determined based on requirements.

Parallel operation involves connecting two or more generators in parallel to achieve: 1) Capacity expansion: meeting increasing power demand; 2) Redundancy: when one generator fails, the others can continue to supply power, ensuring extremely high reliability; 3) Energy saving: automatically adjusting the number of operating generators according to the load to maintain high efficiency.
