Product Overview

The multi-function power meter is designed to meet the power monitoring requirements of power systems, industrial and mining enterprises, public utilities, and intelligent buildings. It can measure  all  common  electrical  parameters  with  high  precision,  such  as  three-phase  voltage, three-phase current, active  power, reactive  power, frequency, power factor, and four-quadrant electric energy. It adopts high-visibility  LEDs to display the parameters measured by the meter and the operation information of the power grid system. The meter panel is equipped with four programming keys, allowing users to conveniently switch displays and program meter parameters on-site, which delivers strong flexibility.

A basic principle is: Generator rated power ≥ (Total steady-state operating power of all equipment × 1.1 + Maximum starting power difference of a single motor). Nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions are far below the strictest national environmental standards (e.g., ≤500mg/Nm³ @5% O₂). We can provide emission testing reports from authoritative institutions and assist you in completing your project’s environmental impact assessment.

Does it support remote monitoring and intelligent management?

Yes. Our intelligent units come standard with an IoT module. You can view operating data in real time, receive fault alerts, remotely start and stop the generator, and generate energy consumption analysis reports via a computer web browser or mobile app. We can also provide solutions for integrating with your existing Building Automation System (BAS) or Energy Management System (EMS), depending on your needs.

Absolutely stable. We use digital AVR (Automatic Voltage Regulator) and electronic speed control systems to ensure voltage fluctuation ≤ ±1% and frequency fluctuation ≤ ±0.5% (under rated load), fully meeting the power requirements of precision equipment (such as CNC machine tools, servers, and medical equipment). We are also one of the few manufacturers offering low harmonic distortion (THD < 3%) models, further protecting your sensitive loads.

The main advantages of a gas generator are: 1) Lower operating costs: Natural gas prices are generally more stable and cheaper than diesel. It can burn not only natural gas but also associated gas from abandoned oil fields; 2) More environmentally friendly and cleaner: Lower emissions, lubricating oil consumption of only 0.1g/kWh, no black smoke, and less noise; 3) Easier maintenance: More complete combustion, less carbon buildup, and extended overhaul intervals. It is ideal for applications with a stable gas supply and requirements for environmental protection and quiet operation, such as data centers, hospitals, and industrial parks. The payback period is 30% shorter than that of diesel generators.

Our standard quotation usually includes the main unit, standard accessories, factory testing, and packaging fees. Shipping costs, installation materials, and special customizations will be calculated separately based on the actual plan, but will be clearly stated in the contract. There are no hidden costs. The delivery time for standard models is approximately 6-8 weeks, while customized models will be determined based on requirements.

Parallel operation involves connecting two or more generators in parallel to achieve: 1) Capacity expansion: meeting increasing power demand; 2) Redundancy: when one generator fails, the others can continue to supply power, ensuring extremely high reliability; 3) Energy saving: automatically adjusting the number of operating generators according to the load to maintain high efficiency. If you have extremely high requirements for power supply reliability (such as in data centers), or if you have future expansion plans, a parallel operation system is the best choice.
