Product Feature

The series active power filter is available in wall-mounted and rack-mount versions, consisting of a 7-inch large monitor and an APF module. The 7-inch large monitor’s human-machine interface system is used for configuring and querying overall cabinet information, enabling both local and remote operation control.

The uses an external current transformer to detect the load current in real time. Its internal DSP calculates and extracts the harmonic components of the load current, then sends a PWM signal to the internal IGBT to control the inverter to generate a harmonic current equal in magnitude but opposite in direction to the load harmonic current, injecting it into the power grid to achieve filtering.

● The module and device, as an active power filter product, features filtering, resonance suppression, dynamic compensation, power quality optimization, and energy saving. The product has a modular design, allowing for both complete assembly and wall mounting. It is compact, space-saving, and easy to install and operate. The active power filter module and device can filter harmonics in three-phase three-wire and three-phase four-wire power grids. Installed in parallel near the distribution system busbar or electrical equipment, it can filter harmonics from the 2nd to the 50th order, achieving a harmonic removal rate of over 95%.

● Active filtering function: Automatically and in real-time follows and eliminates all harmonics in the power grid, improving equipment safety, reducing equipment losses, meeting national standards, and offering controllability and rapid response.

1. System Resonance Suppression Function: Compensation performance is unaffected by grid frequency fluctuations, and filtering characteristics are unaffected by system impedance, eliminating the risk of resonance with system impedance; Dynamic Compensation Function: Not only can it control harmonics, but it can also compensate for reactive power, suppress voltage fluctuations and flicker. It can compensate for individual harmonic sources independently or for multiple harmonic sources collectively.

2. System Power Factor Improvement Function: Through real-time harmonic and reactive power compensation, it improves the system power factor, reduces losses, and increases equipment utilization efficiency, thereby achieving energy saving.

3. The main circuit adopts a three-level topology, with a switching frequency reaching over 20kHz. It features a wide harmonic filtering range, fast response speed, modular design for easy expansion and maintenance, minimal module size, convenient combination and application, and easy operation and maintenance. It can effectively filter harmonics for various load conditions.

Technical Advantages

● Current detection technology based on instantaneous reactive power theory enables rapid and accurate detection of harmonic currents; dynamic compensation of harmonic currents is achieved through optimized pulse width modulation (PWM) control; direct current control maximizes the filtering and compensation effect of the filter without overload.

● DSP Intelligent Measurement and Control: A 32-bit DSP chip with high-speed computing power is used as the core of the entire control unit, ensuring accurate and effective harmonic detection and compensation control; it also features intelligent monitoring functions, flexible device operation, clear display of operating parameters and status, and automatic fault diagnosis; and it can be expanded with a communication interface for background computer monitoring.

● High-Frequency Converter: A full-bridge PWM converter generates compensation current, and the main circuit uses IGBT power units, operating at high frequency, giving the converter the characteristics of small size, high efficiency, and high reliability.

● Ambient Temperature: -20~+50℃;

● Relative Humidity: No condensation on the surface when the average maximum relative humidity of the wettest month is 90% and the average minimum temperature of that month is 25℃;

● The usage site must be free of flammable, explosive, corrosive gases and liquids, and other hazardous products; Seismic Intensity: Below 6;

● Pollution Level: Below Class III.
