Modular Design
The entire series features a fully modular architecture, encompassing key components such as the power module, bypass module, monitoring module, and ECU control module. Each of these modules is designed to be hot-swappable, allowing for seamless integration, effortless maintenance, and swift replacements without the need to shut down the system. This modular approach not only enhances system reliability and scalability but also significantly reduces downtime and operational complexity, ensuring continuous power protection and streamlined serviceability.
High Reliability
The series is engineered for exceptional reliability, beginning with its wide input voltage range of 138–485V, which ensures stable operation under fluctuating grid conditions. Should the input voltage drop below 305V, the UPS automatically derates to 40% capacity to maintain continuous and safe output. The system incorporates multiple digital buses and a redundant parallel control architecture, guaranteeing that the entire UPS remains online without interruption even if an individual circuit fails. Furthermore, if any internal module experiences a fault, the UPS continues to operate reliably in either single or parallel mode, preventing unexpected downtime. To withstand challenging operating conditions, critical components are protected by a thickened conformal coating, making the unit highly suitable for harsh environments characterized by high heat, humidity, and dust.
Green and Power Saving
The series UPS is designed with exceptional energy efficiency and environmental sustainability in mind. It achieves a remarkably high input power factor of up to 0.99, significantly reducing the reactive power drawn from the utility grid and easing the burden on the upstream infrastructure. Its advanced 3-level topology design enables an outstanding online efficiency of up to 95.8%, minimizing energy loss and operational costs. Furthermore, the UPS maintains a very clean input current with a Total Harmonic Distortion (current) of less than 3% under 100% linear load, ensuring compliance with stringent power quality standards and protecting connected equipment. To maximize savings during periods of low demand, the system features an intelligent, user-settable sleep mode that activates under very light loads, drastically reducing power consumption while remaining ready to instantly support critical loads when needed.
LBS Function
The LBS (Load Bus Synchronization) function is a key feature that enables two independent UPS systems to operate in precise synchronization. By aligning their output voltage, frequency, and phase, this intelligent coordination ensures seamless power sharing and load balancing between the systems. This capability not only enhances overall system reliability by providing redundant power paths but also significantly improves power availability and fault tolerance. In the event of a disturbance or maintenance activity in one UPS, the synchronized system ensures a continuous and stable power supply without disruption, making it an ideal solution for critical applications requiring the highest levels of uptime and resilience.
Parallel Redundancy Function
The series features a robust parallel redundancy function designed to deliver maximum system reliability and scalability. It supports parallel expanded operation with up to 8 units, allowing capacity to be seamlessly increased to meet growing power demands without service interruption. A key advantage of this parallel architecture is the support for shared battery banks among the connected UPS units. This innovative capability eliminates the need for separate, dedicated battery sets for each unit, significantly reducing initial investment, saving valuable space, and simplifying ongoing battery maintenance. Together, these features enable the creation of a highly resilient and flexible N+X power protection system, ensuring continuous, clean power for the most critical loads.
Flexible Battery Configuration
The series UPS offers highly flexible battery configuration to meet diverse backup time and installation requirements. The number of batteries in each bank can be customized, with a selectable range from 30 to 50 pieces, allowing precise adjustment of backup capacity and footprint. Furthermore, the system is equipped with a high-capacity charger capable of delivering a large charging current. This ensures that even after an extended discharge, the battery bank can be recharged rapidly and efficiently, reliably supporting configurations designed for long-duration backup. This flexibility empowers users to tailor the power protection system to their specific runtime, space, and operational needs.
Strong Load Capability
The series UPS is engineered with superior load handling capabilities to support a wide and demanding range of critical equipment. It features an output power factor of 1.0, enabling it to efficiently supply power to challenging 100% unbalanced loads without compromising performance or stability. This exceptional tolerance for load imbalance ensures reliable operation in complex three-phase power environments. Furthermore, the UPS demonstrates high adaptability to various load types, possessing the robust capacity to seamlessly connect to and support fully inductive or capacitive loads. This versatility makes it an ideal power protection solution for sensitive and specialized applications, such as those found in industrial, medical, or laboratory settings, where demanding electrical loads are common.
Intelligent Management
The series UPS is equipped with a comprehensive and user-friendly intelligent management system, centered around a vivid color touch LCD screen—available in a standard 7-inch size or an optional 10-inch display—that provides clear, real-time status monitoring and intuitive control. The system supports detailed recording and convenient export of historical operation logs and fault logs, enabling effective analysis and preventive maintenance. For seamless integration into diverse monitoring environments, it offers multiple communication interfaces including SNMP, RS232, RS485, and dry contact signals. Furthermore, firmware and software can be upgraded online while the system operates in bypass mode, ensuring updates are performed without interrupting the protected load. The inclusion of Emergency Power Off (EPO) and Remote EPO (REPO) functions adds an essential layer of safety and control, allowing for immediate system shutdown when required. Together, these features deliver streamlined oversight, enhanced connectivity, and reliable, secure management of the power protection system.
Compatible with Generator
The series UPS is designed to be fully compatible with generator sets, ensuring seamless and reliable operation during extended grid outages. A key enabling feature is its intelligent Power Walk-In function. This technology manages the initial inrush current when the UPS transitions to generator power, significantly reducing the sudden current impact on the entire system. By softening the start-up load, this function not only protects the generator from potential overload but also allows for the use of a smaller, more cost-effective generator. Consequently, it optimizes the overall backup power solution by lowering both initial capital investment and operational fuel consumption, making it an efficient and robust choice for mission-critical applications requiring generator support.
