Product Feature

The low-voltage cloud-controlled active power filter is a new type of power electronic device used to filter harmonics. Its basic principle is to collect the current on the DC line using a current transformer, sample it using an A/D converter, process the obtained current signal using a harmonic separation algorithm to obtain the harmonic reference component, and then use the principle of PWM technology to generate a harmonic current that is equal in magnitude but opposite in direction to the harmonic component in the system, thereby canceling out the harmonic current in the system.

The APF’s comprehensive operating parameters are connected via a large touchscreen and communication module, uploading the parameters to a cloud platform. These parameters can be remotely viewed and set via the cloud platform, and alarm functions can be implemented promptly through the backend and mobile terminals. If on-duty personnel cannot arrive at the scene in time to address safety hazards, the circuit can be remotely cut off via computer to eliminate the hazard.

The device includes an automatic inert gas fire extinguishing system that automatically detects the ignition point and releases inert gas to isolate oxygen, extinguishing the fire without damaging electrical equipment. After the fire is extinguished, the components inside the cabinet can continue to operate normally.

The active power filter device is equipped with our patented product: an overvoltage integrated harmonic protector. This protector not only filters harmonic currents and suppresses harmonic overvoltages but also provides reactive and active power linear compensation.
